Like many first-time parents-to-be, Mr. T and I spent many hours last summer planning and choosing all of the perfect furnishings for our little munchkin-to-be's nursery. In desperation, we recycled an area rug from our old house so that at least our feet would stay warm during those upcoming long, late nights. To this day, I look at the boring brown rug on her floor and sigh, thinking about how much difference a beautiful area rug would make to her room:
